EXCHANGE POLICY The Exchange policy is extended to all Bata Heritage Online Customers only. Please note below for the conditions for exchange and email us with regards to any exchanges.
Conditions for Exchange Wrong size was bought, & wish to exchange for the right size.
Terms for Exchange Exchange must be notified within 14 days after shipment of parcel. Customers are to bear any postage (with tracking) & handling for the exchange. We do not practice refunds for exchange conditions. Please note all exchanges are subjected to stock availability. Credit note will be provided to our customer. Valid for 2 months. Bata Heritage will not be responsible for any lost mails in connection to exchanges. Items must be unwashed/unworn and in brand new condition. Sales items cannot be returned for exchange.
RETURN POLICY The return policy is extended to all Bata Heritage Online Customers only. Bata Heritage will refund an item on these given conditions.
Conditions for Return Item is defective Incorrect Item delivered
Terms for Return Return must be notified within 7 days after shipment of parcel. In the return of defect, please note you will be required to snapshot of the defect area/item and send it back to us before we proceed with the returns. All items must be unwashed/unworn and in brand new condition. Sales items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund unless it’s defective. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
