Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you can! Returns must reach us within 14 calendar days from delivered date.

 

Return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with hang tags intact.

You will be issued an online gift code equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for a year. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.

 

*Purchase of sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Selected promotional discounts are not eligible for returns.

 

How long does it take for my return parcel to be processed?

Returns will be processed within 14 business days (not inclusive of weekends and public holidays) from the date we receive your parcel.

We'll drop you an email update once your return has been processed!

 

How will I receive my refund?

Cash refunds are not provided for returns. An online gift voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your account.

The online gift voucher will have a one year validity.

 

Do I need to pay to return my items?

Fees will not be charged for returns. All you have to do is cover the postage to send the item back to us and we'll take care of everything else!

 

Can I exchange my Bata Heritage order?

The best way to exchange your order is to return the item you already have and then simply place a new order for the item you want.

 

How do I return a defective or faulty product?

We stand behind all of our shoes. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, please kindly contact us at bataheritage@bata.com. We got you covered.

 

Terms and Conditions

Bataheritage.com orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date if the product is unused. Some restrictions apply:

  1.        Please ensure that the item(s) is in original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. A final inspection will be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing your return.
  2.      Sales items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.
  3.      We recommend that you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. Note that Bata Heritage will not be responsible for the loss of the returned parcel.
  4.      For defective items, please kindly contact us at bataheritage@bata.com with the email subject: Return Request – Your Order Number, to process your returns or exchanges. Our customer service team will assist you with the return process.
  5.      Cash refunds are not provided for returns. An online gift voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your account. The online gift voucher will have a one year validity.
